Tros an Treys at LostFest

Tros an Treys are preparing to perform at LostFest, Lostwithiel’s annual festival of music, craft and entertainment.

On Sunday 19 May we will be playing and dancing two 20 minute slots in Monmouth Square at 12.30pm and 1.30pm. In between you will be able to enjoy Lostwithiel Town Band.

Visit the LostFest website for the full programme.

We will be performing a range of our popular display dances in addition to some participation dances such as Mr Martin’s Reel to the music of King of Sweden (gets faster and faster) and of course a Cornish serpent dance. We are also reintroducing the dance and tune Plethen a Beswar, or Four Hand Reel.

Our seven-piece band will be turning out which promises to entertain you with fantastic Cornish traditional music.
